Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with kdslor. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

We may request government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, or driver's license) to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
To create an Account on kdslor, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify kdslor of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. kdslor will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account if such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must keep your Account information up to date at all times. If your contact details, banking information, or other registration data changes, you must update your Account settings immediately. kdslor is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.
kdslor may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before allowing withdrawals or at any other time. This process may include submitting copies of identification documents, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Your Account may be restricted until verification is successfully completed.
kdslor accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published on our website.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing time. kdslor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and may be delayed if additional documentation is required. Processing times vary from 15 minutes to 24 hours for most methods, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
kdslor reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Limits may vary based on your Account status, verification level, and payment method. Large withdrawal requests may be processed in installments at kdslor's discretion.
kdslor does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR. kdslor reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive small withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. Accounts showing deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal patterns without genuine betting activity may be flagged for investigation and withdrawals may be delayed or rejected.
You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender. Attempting to use someone else's payment method may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

kdslor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of obvious errors in bonus terms or amounts, kdslor reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust Account balances accordingly.
All bets are subject to acceptance by kdslor. kdslor reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion before the event begins. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered by the User.
kdslor sets minimum and maximum stake limits for all betting markets, which may vary by sport, event, market type, and User. We reserve the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual users or specific events at our discretion.
Bets are settled based on the official results as determined by the relevant governing body or organization (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). kdslor's decision on bet settlement is final. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settlement may be delayed pending rescheduling, as specified in our sports-specific rules.
kdslor reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds, results, or bet settlement. In the case of palpable errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. kdslor is not responsible for errors in event information, start times, or participant details sourced from third-party data providers.
Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change based on the event's progression. Due to internet latency and event delays, there may be moments when bets are placed after an outcome has already been determined. kdslor uses delay mechanisms to minimize this risk, but the User acknowledges and accepts that late bets may occur and will be handled according to our live betting terms.
kdslor prohibits betting patterns that indicate collusion, match-fixing knowledge, use of automated betting systems (bots), arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or other forms of unfair advantage. Accounts engaging in such activities will be closed and winnings voided.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kdslor customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagers may not be closed until those obligations are resolved.

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited.
